Why Moonstone?

Moonstone aims to provide a way of performing analysis of metagenomics counts of raw data from common bioinformatics tools (Qiime2, Kraken…) and provide different tools for statistical analysis and visualization.

The main motivation is to provide modules to help handling the different part of your analysis and offer a way to easily share and reproduce it.

Each module is tested and is thefore guaranted to perform what it is designed for.
